Hello everyone
I'm obviously new to this site and fairly new to tea. I come here hoping to learn as much as I can about the wonderful world of teas. I drink greens exclusively as well as herbal tisanes in the evening. My favorite so far is Adagio's Sencha Overture, although I imagine I'd like higher grade senchas or gyokuro but I'm fairly poor at the moment..
Glad I found this place.

Hey there welcome!
Don't forget to keep a look out for upcoming ottis (group tastings). $7 will get you far in terms of value and it can be a good learning experience.
Unfortunate you just missed the sencha one.

Thanks for making me feel welcome.
Sorry I've already caused a bit of trouble with my first avatar and one of my posts already, Chip. I hope you forgive me.

It's definitely ironic that the name "sencha" was never taken on this tea forum, yet on another forum I frequent that provides help with computers, it was taken.

That is very ironic!

Not to derail the conversation, but isn't Sencha a mobile framework for HTML5 these days? It could explain the name being taken.
Anyhow, welcome! It's nice to have you! I love how based on various preferences in teas, some people may never meet each other in the actual forum.

I did not know about this. I guess that explains it.
