Never posted these as they arent techniocally "teaware" but they could be used as matcha-wan's i suppose. But someone was speakign of visiting there earleir today so figured i would post a couple pics. Seagrove is a town in NC that has just a
bunch of potters and kilns.
Chris Brown was doing live throwing at the pottery center. I loved his wood fired bowls..so I got..some
Crystaline work..i just thought it looked cool from Uwharrie Crystalline

Oooh, nifty! The use of the crystal glazes reminds me of Tetsuaki. He's even got a glaze that sometimes produces a similar tan tone with a darker pool in the bottom.
