I could tell just from its appearance that it doesn't look right. Poking around google (forgive my ignorance) and an ebay listing I found out that this "tea" (血红茶) is called Lethariella Cladonioides. It is a type of lichen and definitely not camellia sinensis (tea).

Never tried this type of herbal drink before. Hope the bit of information I found is helpful.

Yeah. I was helpfull. My English is on medium level and I dont understood web articles about this "tea". I saw "Hong" so I thought that is black tea. And I havent much time to search infos, so I ask you.

Ohhh. Now I see good this picture. It isnt look like a Tea;p Before I was on net-phone so i didnt see;p

Interesting "herbal."
