I made an order at thunderbolt about a month ago, I changed the shipping address and they replied fast that they changed it.

And here comes the but: I havent recieved any shipment email yet and the 24th (6days ago) and the 28th I emailed them asking if they could tell me the status of the package - So far I havent heard a single thing from them, not even "we'll look into it".

I'll update this when something happens.

Got an email from them today, apparently their email server has been having problems so thats why they replied abit late.
The tea has reached my country but customs are holding it due to the invoice missing...

I know theyre in the puer thread, but id like to nominate yunnan sourcing for black as they have a great, quality selection. And i know ebay stores are kinda iffy but dragon tea house has tons of all sorts of teas.
