Hi, please help me to identify this tea. Can't read chinese but can see Menghai and the red piece of paper says 90. Produced in year 1990?
Smells like shou Pu.

It says 1990s, so probably not the year of 1990 but anytime between 1995-1999. The wrap says "made by Fu Hai factory, which is in Meng Hai region.

Fu Hai is a reputable factory. They've made some quite nice teas over the years.
I believe they are "next door" to the Menghai factory.
