The other day when I was making myself tea, I accidentally broke the lid to my kyusu. It was my mother's favorite, it's been in our family for over 20 years. I was searching online for any information about my kyusu but I came up with nothing. If anyone knows any information about my kyusu or where to get another one I will be forever grateful.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you where to get a kyusu that's just like that one.
But if you want a new one that's a little bit different, there are lots and lots of vendors you can purchase from.
Here are some of the popular ones on this forum:

http://www.denstea.com/
http://www.rishi-tea.com/store/index.php

There are many others, take a look around. I'm sure you can find something to fit your needs.

My guess is that it is Arita-Yaki. Considering its age, you will be lucky to find one just like it.
But you never know on ebay. Search Arita. There are regular ebay sites that carry vintage teaware from Japan, but for something like this, it might just be some kids helping aging parents to liquidate.
Any stamps on the bottom? A Fuji image would indicate Fukagawa-seiji, a famous manufacturer in Arita.
Here are some Arita wans from the 80's or 90's that are a little similar. http://www.rikyucha.com/item/list2/63021/
An Arita kyusu from the 70's: http://www.rikyucha.com/item/list2/64871/
Or, you could replace it with a modern Arita kyusu ...

Re: Broken Kyusu
Depending on how many pieces it broke into (and if you still have them), you may also be able to do a "golden repair" (or "silver repair")...
