Still obsessed with the fantastic, delicate 'white oolong' from Norbu....going through this pouch very quickly.

Oolong in a style that was favored 30 years ago. Without name, its a gift from Andrzej Bero.

Kungfu yancha time with '10 dancong ShuiXian from The Mandarin.
Another amazing tea from Tim. Extremely bold, complex. Tea drunk only three infusions in.
Unfortunately, only available in 5g samples.

"Tsou ma fei" Ali Shan oolong from Norbu, a fresh pouch, and every bit as fantastic as I remember from my first sip of this 2011 spring tea last year. Amazing stuff, floral, delicate, spicy, rich.
Brewing in my little green Korean pot and drinking from a new cup from Shyrabbit, a stunning little piece that is going to take a lot of hard work to capture well with the camera. I will need a lot of fortifying with the Tsou ma fei and other teas to prepare for that.

I am having a distressing problem while enjoying a session with some Ali Shan oolong from Norbu--I keep looking over at my teacup and it is empty again!
Can't brew it up fast enough.
I may need to backtrack a little and get a *larger* pot for times like this (eep!).

Jade TGY from TeaSpring. Not a tea to write home about, but very good for when I'm cruising the forums and blogs. Very hard to get any bitterness from this tea and it just keeps giving flavor steep after steep.

2012 Qing Xiang Nantou . I got this tea from the global tea hut tea of the month club. I usually avoid this kind of green oolong like the plague. But this tea lacks that soapy artificialness that I despise in this genre of tea? This probably is the result of organic tea farming.
All the teas I have recieved from this tea club have challenged some preconception that I held regarding one type of tea or another. I would encourage people to check this out just to try quality teas that one would not pick out for themselves. Plus the profits are going towards building a school of cha dao.

I drank a 1990 yancha (SX) from Life in a Teacup last night and this morning. The flavor and aroma is firmly in the roasted coco camp. I got about 6 good steeps before it petered out. Brewed it in a 70ml Shui Pin that was pretty well stuffed.
