If it is a common problem, they might be making good on it even if it is after the 90 days. You should contact them.

I have not had any problems and have used it a LOT! Almost 5 months and used several times a day.

My varieTEA has been sent back (Major love to Adagio's customer service!). But now I'm left without my favorite kettle until the varieTEA comes back in stock.

I guess I can make due with my old utiliTEA in the mean time, but it's just so... small. Come back soon, varieTEA!

I just got a varieTEA from the new batch. So far I'm loving it BUT I can't seem to get the keep warm option to work. I assume the light is suppose to stay on, but the light goes off after 1 min.

I had a similar "problem" til I realized that the 212* setting would not have a keep warm function. The water would continue to boil.

Try other temp settings ... if you have not already.
