Order "on hold"

I placed an order two days ago, on the 12th of December. The shipping status is currently stated as "on hold".

How long does it usually take for the item to depart?

From that page you can go to the upper right hand corner to click onto live IM with a customer service specialist. If one is not availalble, it will give you an opportunity to send an email message.

I've not had any reply yet (I submitted a question on the 14th), and my order is still "on hold". Is it possibly because it's the weekend?

The lack of reply is probably because it's the weekend. You'll most likely get a reply on Monday.

Usually an order is placed on hold if the credit card billing address does not match what is on record. You you PM me the order id, I will be happy to inquire for you and answer you.

We're usually good about answering all emails within a few hours, but Christmas is always a bit tough.
