Re: NEW TeaDay 8/31/12 Your Fave TEA of the month and origin?
some medium oxi, light/med roast oolong from taiwan
A good organic roasted oolong, satisfying in all regards, not flashy, just right
will brew some right now!

Another OTTI winner: the Spring Li Shan from OTTI #15. The first time I brewed it, it was spectacular. It was merely wonderful the next couple of times. I've also had some lovely experiences with the 2012 Spring 'Imperial' Tie Guan Yin from Yunnan Sourcing, and a sample of the 2012 Gu Zhu Zi Sun green tea from Norbu.
Today, started with some Red Label Ti Kuan Yin from SeaDyke, and now enjoying a gongfu session with 2012 YS Yi Wu Purple Tea. Mmmm.

Definitely a tie between the OTTI Spring Lishan and Imperial Pearl for me. Though everything form that OTTI was pretty darn good! (I'll be posting lots of photos really, really soon. Promise!)
An Ji Bai Cha from Jing is a close second though. Just got it in the mail yesterday. Really nice so far.

OTTI #15 on the top of my list for this month, with Spring Lishan and Imperial Pearl tied for me as well.
I was fortunate to receive my Petr Novák shibo's around the same time as this OTTI, one which was used to brew up my morning session of the Lishan today.
Currently enjoying some Shu Pu-Erh from MountainTea for my second tea of the day.

One of the OTTI 14 teas for me, I can't decide!
