I love the contrast between the smoky exteriors and the glowing delicate interiors of my new teacups
They feel wonderful in my hands. Together with my new pot
they make a nice 'family' set, ready for any and all oolongs that come their way

Hi Adam, can you enlighten me ... maybe my monitor is off ...
In the dropbox photos, this chawan was definitely greenish on my monitor. But here in your photos this appears to have no greenish cast at all ... just creamy white?

Imagine a cross between the two photos. There are hints of green, and mine probably appear a bit washed out due to all the bright white light coming in off the snow outside. But at the same time it does not appear in person to be as green as it was in the photos.

hi Chip!
thank for choose my works in front of Adam's teabowl was fired though by oxidation fire so that result is iron claybody became brown color also white slip on claybody's color got a creammy white!
but you choose that 'bun cheong teabowl' was reduction fired so that result became little bit appeared green color because wood ash into the glaze get a green color by reduction but it is not green maybe it happen to differant moniter have between you and me!!!
