Miso, Soy Sauce?

So given the number of tea enthusiasts here, does anyone else also enjoy good miso? I love Aka miso. And I eat rice, tempeh, and soy sauce a lot.

Local ramen shop serves miso, but I have yet to try it. I always stay with the safe shoyu.

I also enjoy a good miso and wish we had a local ramen shop! :) Noodles -- yum!
