Make Shift Tea Ware

by everyman » Mar 20th, '13, 11:02

Since I'm not going to stop drinking tea while I search for the perfect teaware....

Couple things entertain me with this set up.

1. The combination of my love for tea and scoots.
- I'm currently sketching a design for using an old Vespa body and turning it into a tea table/center.

2. The scale of things. I can dump the water from heating the pot, the first tea rinse and all the water from pouring on the outside of the pot while filling into (1) normal (even smallish) Starbucks coffee mug.

Coffee drinkers.....go small or go broke!

3. It looks like the pot is levitating. (Actually sitting on a infuser)

Post your make shift tea ware if you're so inclined. Extra points for entertainment value.

I don't have any pictures, but in the absence of an actual tea table a paper towel is a critical part of my tea setup.
