Oh... I would love to, but I don't know how to describe the complex notes of pu-erh, more so because I have never drunk it before this time. Oh well, I can at least try
It was a bit bitter, but not much if any astringency, and with a sweetish, earthy aroma and taste to it as well. That's all that I can come up with as a pu-erh noob. I finished the sample as well, so no direct tasting to typing

It is certainly easy to drink and does go well with oily food, I have to agree. They also have a Mong Hai Pu-erh.
