Re: So I tried Adagio's Ti Guan Yin....
4 minutes is a bit long, as I know, you could steep the tea with ~100 Centigrade water just 10 or more seconds, then pour the tea water in another small cup immediately, and drink with the cup, then you could feel the full fragrance of the tea.tomasini wrote: I ran home, well, drove home, brought some water to a few hundered degrees, threw down my lovely oolong leaves, let steep for about 4 minutes (the whole time watching the leaves unfurl) and then drank up.

We sell some of our clear top tins (which are available in only certain loose-leaf varieties: ti kuan yin, dragonwell, silver needle, darjeeling #22/summer darjeeling, fruit medley herbal, organic rooibos, kukicha...I believe that's it) as well as our teabags (the same selection you can find online) at some retailers- I know on the East Coast, our stuff is in A&P, Whole foods, Wegman's Grocers, Balducci's. As for Targ-it, I think we might have some of our teaware and teas in some stores, perhaps more in the midwest than by me (I haven't seen any on the East Coast/NJ/NY area); I think I saw Space Samurai write up our glass mug and infuser which he found at target.
Other than larger retailers, we have our stuff at smaller tea rooms, shops, cafes, and specialty stores and the like.

(Mod's remove that link if Adagio doesn't want it advertised)
Edit: Email didn't paste above: wholesale@adagio.com
