A few hours later, I receive an email saying that they only ship to Japan addresses and that they're canceling my order.
The english-language section of their website is set up for e-commerce and has US shipping estimates for EMS and Air Packet. I thought it was weird that they would only confirm shipping charges after the order was placed. But, I'm used to NYC camera dealers, so I figured they were going to try and sell me on over-priced accessories. Maybe they figured my order wasn't worth their time.
It's too bad, because they have some nice stuff at reasonable prices where you can build your own set. I wanted a 3-size set to match to whatever size pot I was brewing at the time but have them look similar on the shelf.
Are there any other similar websites that take U.S. orders?
