green tea extract
Hi, Just wondering if it's worth using green tea extract or just sticking with tea?

I believe this is one thing we could all agree on here ... skip the extract and drink the tea.
Re: green tea extract
I am a firm believer of getting nutrients from the source whenever possible. A lot of times they isolate 1 component in an extract or supplement but without the other components to compliment it and help your body assimilate it, it is worthless.
Go for the tea.
Go for the tea.

Re: green tea extract
I would just replace a portion of your hydration with quality tea and skip the extract.
It's a win win, tastes good, good for you.
Vs. tastes like nothing, good for you but losing out on potential bonus synergistic effects
