Edit: The linked to post was up for the length of time I wanted. It has been pulled now, because while I have no regrets about posting it, it is not something I wanted on my blog for a long time. For those that did not read the announcement, get to know me and I will probably tell you in person one day.

Hey Adam, just wanted to tell you that I really enjoy your videos - I actually found them before I discovered TeaChat. You have a really nice presence - thanks!

So I dusted off the camera, and filmed my first Gyokuro session in many months. I remembered how to brew it wonderfully, while explaining how I approach brewing Gyokuro in the video.

Enjoy my Gyokuro brewing video!

Does anyone have suggestions for another video?

I can do another one involving Korean Green tea, this time with me talking my way through it, and probably butchering a massive amount of pronunciations again?

Or would people rather have me post more videos about techniques with brewing? Though sadly I am at the point where I can not completely think of them off the top of my mind, because to me I just brew, and not focus to much on how I brew?

How about a video explaining and showing different types of teaware?

Some of us don't know much about the numerous types of teaware, so such a video would be very helpful. :)

Thanks.

Best wishes,
sherubtse

Great Idea!

Thanks I will try and put one of these together somewhat soon. Maybe this weekend if I find the time.

Trying to figure out how such a video could be accomplished without having it be incredibly long, or having an awkward set up, like looking a table jam packed with teaware going from second to section as best I could. I decided multiple videos are best. The first one up just because it has been on my mind Korean Teaware!

So it is a snow day. Sounds like a great day to try and conquer some of the remaining green teas in the place, and why not make a video while I am at it

Honestly this is not a top notch video (even by my video standards), but I thought it would be fun. For Christmas I received a large amount of flowering tea, and I thought it would be fun to film one on display. Enjoy!

I've had a few flowering teas that were quite decent green teas with jasmine. I'd give one of the gift teas a chance before you assume they're only useful as centerpieces.

Brrrrr, it is cold outside! So what tea do you brew to warm up from a morning run where you finish looking like this:

Watch the video and find out.
