Moringa oleifera and Lippia multiflora

Hi there guys,

I wondered if anyone else has been taking Moringa oleifera tea? Pretty good stuff. Tasty, got a good few nutrients inside etc.

And anyone heard of or tried Lippia multiflora as a tea?!!?

I've tried moringa oleifera (aka malunggay here in the Philippines) as a tea. It's supposed to be very good for you. I've even had it in ice cream out in Bohol (which just got hit by a massive earthquake). :/
