So last time I made a big batch of Iced Sencha I had pure ascorbic acid Vitamin C powder around, don't have any at the moment.
Would adding lemon juice work?

Re: Preservatives for Iced Sencha
... I do a touch of honey which somehow acts as a natural preservative.

Update, lemon juice makes it taste not so great, fail
Tx for the honey tip but I don't like sweet tea and I'm not sure sugar would be the best preservative...
I've had batches taste not so fresh after just 2 days, so back to small batches or ascorbic acid
