Given your photo, I can't imagine you downsizing much further.

Too true!
If this were a working kyuusu, I would totally try to make tea with it... using a single, tiny leaf

I was selling retail at an International Bazaar Fri. Sat. & Sun. the last 2 weeks & it was slow. I brought my kettle, teaware, & teas to bring attention to my booth, spreading out cups & bowls as well as jade saucers over my tables to look ceremonial around my big jade Buddha. It did not bring me customers; so, I kept small amounts of the black tea from Nepal in gaiwans & poured hot water over the tea to attract customers w/ aroma.
I managed to sell only 1 valuable silk brocade. Desperate for cash, I sold the majority of my teaware & all of the tea that I did not like much. Feel good to be rid of that; yet, I dream of a splurge on a tea caddy. The item appeals to me, though I stopped using the one I have & might not use the new one.

Both at different times. If I go teaware hunting, that's when the danger starts... Tea I can order samples, teaware I can only order everything
I'm looking to buy a nice small gongfu (shui ping hopefully) porcelain (or other neutral material) tea pot and cup set... I also want a smaller kyusu... At least 2 nice kyusu... Some better cups for my japanese greens... Some nicer cups for my chinese tea... At least 3 more yixing pots... This is why I never go teaware shopping!
