Hi,
I always struggle when it comes to introductions. I'll keep it short I guess.
I discovered "real" tea a few months ago and I'm still learning new things and tips everyday.
I'm French and hope that my english won't be too much of an issue, be sure I'll try my best.
I'm mostly into Japanese green (Sencha and Matcha everyday) and Oolong but occasionnaly sip some puerh.
Guess I told you a bit about me, don't hesitate to ask for more if needed.
Re: Hello, new tea addict over here.
Hi Eldras,
What kind of Oolong tea do you like? And I noticed that you sip puerh sometimes, puerh has ripe and raw types,I have to say I like raw puerh mostly especially aged raw,the flavor is full of "qi"

Eldras, please forgive the late welcome to TeaChat. Hope to see you around the forum ... and hear more of your interest in Japanese tea!

Actually, all of them. I'm still a beginner so I don't close doors I haven't yet opened (tasting everything I can find). At the moment I'm mostly into baked/fired Oolong and I like this kind but I also tasted some "greener" Oolong and it was something I should look into for the year to come.lilly007chang wrote:Hi Eldras,

No harm done here. Thank you for welcoming me. I don't really know why I like Japanese tea, I feel like it gives me something more than other teas. There's nothing better for me that drinking sencha just after I woke up...Chip wrote:Eldras, please forgive the late welcome to TeaChat.
