How much tea should one drink if they have sensitive teeth?

by LordCrichton » Dec 17th, '14, 21:42

i was wondering how much tea some members consume. Does the amount of tea you should drink depend on the type? I usually drink about 4 to 5 small tea cups a day wich is equal to about three mugs a day,as stated earlier i have sensitive teeth and most often drink dark teas .

One of my friends had sensitive teeth in the past,he used tea leaves to cure it.The way is to chew steeping tea leaves after drinking the tea.You can have a try and hope it helps!

Having sensitive gums I tend to drink as much pu'erh tea during the day as I feel like it, depending on the season usually equivalent to 3 to 4 mugs if not more. I am sure any other tea would be fine too.
