Do the spent leaves look anything like the picture on their website? Those don't look young at all. Plus MTR seems to me beyond reliable/credible... Worst case scenario, the wrong shuixian was packaged, but that should be easy to find out. Pictures would help.

Like someone suggested, perhaps the wrong shuixian was packed on accident. You could politely ask him about it
