To add to my original tip, If you change the "8" to an "S" then the QS code matches the cake that solananl found. You many only be able to find this cake via Chinese sites.

Another method for finding this tea is to visually search Taobao, EBay, and Aliexpress for a match for the wrapper. Usually, these wrappers are used for only one tea and one year, but not always. Recently there was a tea I wanted from EBay but didn't want to pay the price. I was able to find it on Taobao but matching the wrapper.
