What's up g?

Well your answer is a little more complicated. I'm actually a fan of bigelow. There is nothing wrong with sweetening a mid grade tea. Actually it's tastier to sweeten a bigelow than it would be to sweeten a crazy high grade tea, some of them even provide their own strange "sweetness" flavor to them.
I recommend sweetening your tea with a lighter floral honey rather than sugar and stay away from clover honey for tea.

Keep experimenting g and stick to what YOU like, my answer is really just a suggestion.

And yeah it helps with stomach health and antioxidant health. Though our most important antioxidant is vitamin c so be sure to get some of that from natural sources like fruit or vegetables.

You're golden man oranges are a huge source of vitamin c.

They are never gonna be sweet like sugar but it can have some "natural sweet flavores" that aren't sugar at all. It makes it tasty and the sugar can mask that.

Loose teas are yes scientificly higher grade with more good stuff and less floride. But bigelow I agree is the BEST I can find at the supermarket.

I always say If it's too sweet to actually taste the type of tea it is, then it has too much sugar.

For most high grade teas, just one grain of sugar is too much.
