Totally not tea-related, but whatever.
Have any of you heard of a quick bread called "Beer Bread?" Apparently it's just flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and beer, takes 2 minutes to mix, requires no kneading, and is made of deliciousness.
I came across it by absent mindedly browsing a beer blog, and now I'm dying to try it. (The writing in this particular post is a hoot too. Sort of reminds me of Wes crossed with EO.)
let me know how it goes, I've been making banana and zucchini bread lately, those are pretty quick too.

There's a box of beer bread mix given to me by a friend around here somewhere. I haven't yet tried it but heard it is very tasty.
