Hey All -
I'm on the lookout for a small ( less than 1 liter ), non-plastic, variable temp kettle. Does anyone have any recommendations? Trying to find something portable, and sized for 1-2 persons.

Re: Small Electric Kettle
Although this is not variable temp, the Bonavita Bona Voyage travel kettle has been a great kettle:

I have been using it for two year now and am very satified. It boils water very quickly. In the beginning, the lid did give a plastic smell. Over time it went away completely. Being so small, many times I boil water without the lid. I like that the part holding water is completely stainless steel.
At less than a liter you are probably not going to find variable temp.
