Hello, my name, as you can see by my username, is Robert J.Coons.
I am a writer, tea lover, and have done various tea business projects in the past dealing with Taiwanese and Chinese high end tea products.

I travel in Asia extensively and although I am from the Toronto area of Canada, I currently live in Kaifeng city, Henan province PRC, the Northern Song dynasty capital of China.

I love Wulong and Pu'er tea especially, although at this time of year, I'm quite partial to central Chinese green teas such as Maojian, Guapian, and Taiping Houkui.

I also have a great love of porcelain and ceramics and travel often to various kiln towns all over China and Taiwan.

Glad to be here and I look forward to geeking out with you about our mutual passion in tea.
