This is a vase from eugene brosseau,

he has this to say about it
"Square "bottle" vase hewn from solid wedged block of clay. Hewn with found steel from walks in forest fired in small anagama at NAU (designed by Brian Harper)
in side stoke side wadded, (fired with) pine-juniper, 56 hours, Pioneer day clay with sawdust."

This vase and flower arrangement joined me for morning tea today. they were both lovely companions.
