I purchased this teapot from Changhua in Taiwan a couple of years ago. I use it for Dong ding Oolong.
I was wondering if anyone could give anymore details about it?
I purchased it from a tea shop owners collection,
Someone on a Chinese translation forum told me the text on the side of the teapot is a poetic description of tea that says:
香分花上露
水吸石中泉
Fragrance of dew on petals
Water of springs from the rocks''
However no one has translated the text on the base of the teapot yet, which could possibly say who made it and where. It would be nice to find this out.
