Re: Japanese Black Tea
This is the link to the Japanese black that I mentioned earlier. Delicious. It is the top, middle one, black bag.alix wrote:How is your favourite japanese black tea?
Can you put a links?
If you decide to order something, you must send the seller an email, first. He is the main online seller of temomicha, Japanese green tea, handmade and prize winners in competitions.

Re: Japanese Black Tea
Yes, that's the black tea.
As for the temomicha, these are all handmade with beautiful needle-like leaves. They have all won prizes at the competitions. You should try some of them as they are much different than all other sencha. Some feel they are much lighter and more refined in flavor than what most people are drinking.

2.5g put into 125ml teapot. Try 1 minute and taste. Can get many brews.alix wrote:How japanese teapot do you suggest to try japanese black tea?
Re: Japanese Black Tea
I use both porcelain or high fired red Yixing pots like hongni. Works well. Or, Japanese Bizen red clay teapots. I cannot comment on Hojo's teapots. Don't own any.
