This is the link to the Japanese black that I mentioned earlier. Delicious. It is the top, middle one, black bag.

If you decide to order something, you must send the seller an email, first. He is the main online seller of temomicha, Japanese green tea, handmade and prize winners in competitions.

Yes, that's the black tea.

As for the temomicha, these are all handmade with beautiful needle-like leaves. They have all won prizes at the competitions. You should try some of them as they are much different than all other sencha. Some feel they are much lighter and more refined in flavor than what most people are drinking.

This is the only one I tried. Maybe next time I'll order some others.

2.5g put into 125ml teapot. Try 1 minute and taste. Can get many brews.

I use both porcelain or high fired red Yixing pots like hongni. Works well. Or, Japanese Bizen red clay teapots. I cannot comment on Hojo's teapots. Don't own any.
