by Chinorlz » Jun 1st, '16, 14:44

Hi everyone, I have refined my Petr & Mirka collection down to those that I really use and so would like to make available a few classic pieces which have all seen either zero or little use.

All prices include shipping within the United States. For international shipping, please contact me as the US Postal Service is starting to charge quite a lot for shipping overseas unfortunately.

Items:
Mirka Randova "sunspot" tea pillow- $100 -->SOLD
Petr Novak "splatter" unglazed interior shiboridashi (120ml)- $75 --> SOLD
Petr Novak "tree bark" teacup set (3 cups, approx 75ml each)- SOLD

What are the dimensions of the tea pillow?

How much higher is the outer part than the inner? In other words, I'd like to know if it holds a significant amount of liquid.

Thanks.

Hi Ethan, the measurements are:

Total Height- 1.75"
Diameter (to lip)- 7"
Total Diameter- 8.25"
Center depth to top- 1.25"

I use my all-black Mirka tea pillow with a 130cc Petr teapot and i can easily pour out the full teapot into the pillow two times without overflow.

Checking the full volume capability, the tea pillow can hold a bit more than 500cc.

I hope that helps!
Best,
Albert

Thanks for the dimensions. One could put hot water around an inch of the bottom of a teapot for some heat retention.

PM sent.
