Just curious, how did you like it with the sheng? I have one as well, and tried sheng in it a couple times when I first got it. I don't remember how it was exactly, but I think it was good.

I preferred it with the sheng over the shincha. It smoothed out the youthfulness of the leaf and brought out the flavors more heavily.

I was amazed at the craftsmanship and quality of clay when I received this but sadly it never sees use as my yixing are my primary steeping vessels along with a few others.

I wish that pot was smaller. I would get it right away...

I think the fact that so many large sizes were made last time led to them making many more smaller sized pots the next time. This is definitely a good sized pot for some serious amounts of tea which is probably why it never got used beyond the two times. Once was a two person tea session and the other I only filled it halfway. I don't tend to use any pot beyond 200ml myself and most are between 85ml and 150ml. Thanks for the interest anyway. I totally understand the size issue.

Still for sale. I'm including for free the yunomi listed here http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?t=21567#p288934 with the purchase. I'll be listing more teaware shortly including some Bizen wares. Thanks...

Hope it sold then, rather than just gave up here. It was a dang good deal(but I've already got one). Bizen-yaki still coming?

There was no interest so I'm just having the listings removed. I might still post the Bizen wares over the weekend though I'm not sure how much interest there will be. There just isn't the same old activity on Tea Chat anymore as there once was. Everyone's on IG, Reddit, Steepster and other social media. Thanks for asking.
