I'm considering picking up the Kamjove CH-700:

and a Chaozhou clay kettle to go with it.

Thoughts? I can get the stove and kettle for a little over China prices, so I won't be buying it on Aliexpress of course! I prefer the side handled kettles, but since I'm left-handed, using my right hand would affect my pouring precision, so I'd have to go with the top-handled kind.
Re: Ceramic Stoves and Chaozhou Kettles?
Got the kettle and stove! They work very well together. I accidentally let the water boil over the first time and got water everywhere, but now I know to watch it and listen for the boil
It seems to smoothen tea out and it keeps water simmering/boiling as needed, which is nice.

Thanks Steve! It works well and I've been trying to switch to a kettle that didn't have any plastic in it!stevorama wrote:Looking good!jayinhk wrote:https://www.instagram.com/p/BPW7uM_DL5C ... =tealifehk Pic of the kettle/stove combo. Love it!
