Lovely teapot! Probably early/mid 19th century (could be late 18th century as well).
Unfortunately the lid isn't the original one. This is extremely common with lidded objects from this period, but still, the overall aspect is definitely good!

This is an bleu de Hue teapot designed for emperor Thieu Tri (early 19th century) of Vietnam

Interesting teapot. Looks like they were trying to copy Shang/W. Zhou bronzes motifs on it.williammimi70 wrote: Possibly Kangxi period
What makes you think it's Kangxi? Don't really know enough about motifs or shapes from that period. But the shape looks like other 19th century teapots I have seen.

The reason I think that it is Kangxi because the foot rim shows very well levigated porcelain and I have seen these Archaic dragons motif in blue and white plates of the Kangxi period . I agree with you that there are 19th century teapot with arch handles like this one ( and you may be right that this one is 19th century) but the porcelain seem to be of inferior quality
