Hi!

My name is Morgan and I am from France but I am living in Kyoto.
I have founded a Matcha company called Material Matcha Uji 宇治.
We are working very hard to crafts the highest quality matcha green tea possible.

How long have you been drinking tea?
I have been drinking tea from my childhood, maybe since 10 - 12 years old.

What was your first tea?
It was a sip of Lipton tea gotten from my mother's cup of tea :)

What is your favorite tea currently?
My favorite tea are Gyokuro and of course Matcha

What is your next purchase?
Maybe another high quality Gyokuro gotten from a small farmer in Uji.

What is your favorite spot to brew up?
While working

Welcome to teachat Morgan. Your web site is very nice and you have beautifully designed packaging. Lot's of Japanese tea drinkers here.

As a Japanese, I'm happy to see another Japanese tea lover (although I rarely drink Japanese tea at home these days, and enjoy Matcha temae only during Shogatsu, new year... :P)

Hi Morgan! As above, your website does look great and I'm definitely intrigued by your matcha blends.
Forgive me if I'm being thick though, but do you take online orders because I couldn't see a way to actually purchase anything or any prices...?
I actually just had some matcha arrive from Maiko this morning but I'd be keen to try something of yours next time!
