A Pot with a chopped Spout

by Kale » Jan 8th, '18, 10:49

What do you think about this pot in terms of quality and type of clay?
Also, does the fact that it's spout is broken supposed to effect its performance?

i cant vouch for type or quality, but all the chipped spout should do is make it a little more difficult to make an accurate pour. i would say as long as when you pour hot water into and out of it, and you dont smell chemicals, only hot rock, and when you cautiously taste the tea made from it and dont get a scratchy throat, it SHOULD be "safe" to use, though i can by no means guarantee over the internet the safety of the pot myself. hopefully you drink many different types of tea, it should make pairing the pot easier on you :)
