EU/UK vendor for loose black teas?

Hello,

I just moved to Spain from the US. My favorite go-to vendor there was Upton Tea. I know it's not particularly highly regarded here, but I really enjoyed its selection of loose black teas.

Is there a similar (or better) vendor in the EU or the UK? I've been told to check out Whittard but I'm not terribly impressed with the selection from glancing at their web site.

I did some research and I found that the closest shop to what I wanted was Nothing But Tea. Unfortunately, it looks like they want to charge 20£ for international shipping. I contacted them about alternate, cheaper shipping and they didn't bother replying.

Jing Tea has much more reasonable shipping, but I'm not crazy about their black tea selection.

So I'm still searching if someone has some suggestions.
