Please Help Identify Japanese Tetssubin

Hi, I have been trying to find out any information on the Japanese cast ion tea pot and so far I haven't been able to identify it such as age and maker etc. Do you know what the writing is below the spout ?
The tea pot is marked Japan on inside of lid; has a twisted handle and stands about 4" to top of knob on lid.
