It look like 汪寅仙 (a famous craftsman). If it is authentic, then you may hit a jackpot. Her teapot only available in Auctions or trough her relationship. It is quite unlikely you could pick up at the normal shop even at Yi Xing itself. Price probably more than 30K USD if you could purchase it by luck. That is what I know.
