If they were Chaozhou pots they should have marks from the wheel throwing on the pottery wheel. Your pots look like they are slab built like Yixing pots are.

How do you know the first one is fully hand-made? Most of this kind of pots use at least partially moulds.

Thank you for your reply, the first one was given to me by a friend who show me that is signed by the man who made it but I can't tell you where and I don't speak Chinese.
He collect teapot and I think is trustable.
So you think is made from a slab putted in a mold and printed?
If it's like you said How much you think them should cost?
Thank you for your help

difficult to say from pictures, could be anything from 5$ to 50$... the black one does not look like it is worth much. Clay looks odd, artificial.

Thank you for your answer, I agree the black one is a cheap one (material and manufacturing are cheap), I liked the design I hope is safe to brew tea with that.
I agree that if is a slab made the Red one should be a 40$ dollar teapot, hopefully not unsafe to use.
While Travelling trough Asia usually I like to search for a nice and functional clay teapot so I like to learn something about it so I don't overpay them neither offend the seller with a too low price offer.

Thank you
