Ciao! I'm in Thailand until the first week of August , as I do every year I will stop in Bkk for buying tea (mostly in Yowarat) and finding some good teapot.
Anyone can give good advice for Bkk ?
Thank you all.
PS An Yixing clay teapot is still a dream but I think I don't have enough knowledge for buying a real one.
Re: Bangkok suggestion
Can't help you on Thailand, but buying a real Yixing isn't hard at all. Essence of Tea, Cha Wang Shop, and eBay vendor 'lukevecent' are all legit. Or, there's Tea Swap here on the forum too.
Re: Bangkok suggestion
BKK is probably not the best place to buy Yixings unless you have a connection and certainly it won't be for modern pots. Expect to dish out pretty penny if you manage to find a collector's item.
You can always try online auctions if interested in Thai export pots.
