New to teas, wanting to try out this red tea.

Healthy herbs, rooibos, honeybush, decaf tea, and yerba mate.

If it says "Detox", I'd avoid it. There's two "teas" called red tea. To many Asians, the teas associated with British, Indian, and Russian black trees are called red tea. Also, Rooibos is called red tea. Neither is a "detox tea", whatever that means.

Almost all tea can be considered 'detoxifying' as long as you don't too much sugar in it. Water flushes out a lot of toxins on its own. So, technically, all tea can flush toxins from your system, so can water.

I recommend African Red Bush tea (i.e. rooibos) if you want to go a red tea route. A lot of people mix in cinnamon and cloves to it.
