difference pu erh, aged, white tea

Hi.

I am still confused about the different tea types.
From what I understood its basically the level of oxidation which defines different teas.
Starting with the green tea with almost no oxidation to white tea with a little oxidation to stronger oxidation like oolong or even stronger like black (red Tea).

But what about pu erh? From what I read is that its oxidation is natural? which would be fermentation in this case?

Right now I have an Aged Fu Ding Bai Cha White Tea Brick.
Would that be a white tea or a pu erh tea in this case?
