Dear All,
I am a new member of this forum, but have visited as guest once in a while.
My interest in Yixing pots have grown the last couple of years, trying to gather as much information as I can on the subject. I have 5 pots that I really like, but this is my last buy, and I would kindly ask for your thoughts.
Does anyone recognize the seal at the base ? Does this shape have an official name ? And does somebody know the origin of the shape. It seems that it is classical shape, but not so many to be found online.
The pot is 14.5 cm high and app. 14.5 cm wide incl. spout. It has a nice beautiful patina after usage.
Best regards
Anders

Hi Andreas, the teapot seal is 4 characters actually. 葛明仙制 , 制means "made"
