any good tea store in Bukarest or Constanta (Romania)

Hi guys,
I am visiting Romania soon. Famili vacation is one thing, but I like to explore a local tea and tea ware market, I mean serious teas not a mass market.
Any spots worth to visit in Bukarest and Constanta?
