Today we have Ceylon Sonata!

Fresh, citrusy aroma, sweet juicy notes like mandarin peel or grapefruit, refreshing texture, and balanced astringency. The perfect afternoon tea.

Classic black tea, easy to drink. Smooth tasting and simple, in a good way. Very pleasant way start to my morning!

For a black tea, it is very good.

I love this smooth black tea. I do pick up a bit of almost acidity which is probably those citrus notes. This has been a favorite straight tea of mine for years now.

One of my favorites. Simple, straight black tea. When I first started drinking tea to break the coffee habit it tasted it was the closest to the tea I was fed at home.

Many of you site the citrus overtones. I like to add citrus tones to Ceylon Sonata like some of the berry teas at adagio. I also use it to make up some of my own combos. I'm still trying to catch up.
