Hello communiTEA drinkers,
Today we a blend for you, Forest Bramble (wine mulling)!
Blackberry black tea, along with Green Rooibos Bonita, and the bright taste of Berry Blast, create a balanced blend to sweeten up your favorite fairytale beverage. Try garnishing it with a sprig of rosemary for an extra spike of forest flavor.
How does this one hit you?

So I got gutsy looked up how to mull wine and decided to go out and buy a cheap bottle of merlot to test this. I read that dry wine is good for mulling and the flavors in merlot seemed like they would pair well with the flavors in the tea blend. Its has a very complex taste that is hard to describe but would definitely buy this to mull wine with for a nice party on a cold winters day. Took a couple of amazing sips now to drink the rest.
How i made it roughly:
Poured a cup of merlot into a pot on a stove and added the tea blend (this seemed to be when articles suggested putting the spices in). I stirred it so often until right before boiling then let the mixture simmer for about 10 min (the instructions say 4 min but articles i read said not to mull wine for leas than 15 so i made a compromise). When done i filtered out the leaves (even though majority stayed on the bottom of the pan) poured it into my wine glass and am enjoying

I'm not one for warm wine unless it involves being outside in <45 degrees F. Preferably with a German Christmas Market involved. So, I brewed this as straight up tea and boy, OH BOY am I a fan. Definitely gonna be added to my tea obsession collection.

Lovely berry tea! Did not combine it with wine unfortunately, but I'm sure that it would have definitely been lovely with the Kosher wine we had on hand!
