I'm not a white tea drinker, but mostly because I don't have any. I have nothing against it, I just never think of buying any.

As far as white tea having caffeine, why wouldn't it? White tea on average has more caffeine than other teas because it is less processed. When the tea is oxidized to make it green or black or whatever, some of the caffeine is destroyed. I read the detail here
